About

Alice Evelyn Yang is a Chinese American writer originally from Norfolk, Virginia, and currently based in New York. Yang studied English literature at Hertford College, University of Oxford, during her junior year and graduated from Northwestern University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in creative writing and a minor in environmental policy and culture. In 2022, she completed a Master of Fine Arts in fiction at Columbia University, where she received the Felipe De Alba Fellowship for excellence in first-year writing and was nominated for the Henfield Prize.
